How it works

SOS will submit a data request to you. The information that we require to perform our analyses can include reports from your billing system, accountant’s reports, policies and procedures, samples of your administrative tools, job descriptions, collections, reports and more. In addition there are comprehensive questionnaires which also need to be completed. SOS will review the data provided and benchmark your practice in every key performance category.

A report will be created following the analysis that will provide you with an Executive Summary. The Executive Summary will present all areas of practice strength and weaknesses and will provide a benchmarking analysis to review. However, the report does not stop their. Recommendations are provided for every area of practice weakness, missed opportunity or potential threat to practice stability. In essence, your will receive a blue print for a plan of action, in areas where intervention is required.
