Feedback:

"My groups have hired Lynn to speak at five meetings over the last few years. She always earns high scores on our program evaluations. What I like most about her is that she is such a pleasant person to deal with and her warm and engaging personality only adds to the absorption of her valuable and timely presentations"

"Lynn Homisak has been making regular presentations to the North Carolina Foot & Ankle Society since 2001. In 2009, she provided an eight-hour presentation for Podiatric Medical Assistants and Office Managers during our annual scientific seminar. Even in a depressed economy, her program drew the largest group of paraprofessional staff the Society has every enjoyed; increasing attendance by more than 20%!

Lynn's programs point out the common sense aspects of daily routines and focus on easy ways to make those routines more efficient and more pleasant. Her approachable manner encourages attendees to ask questions, seek education, and improve their place of employment. And, she makes the whole process entertaining! Our attendees love her!

In addition, Lynn has been providing the Society with regular articles for our monthly newsletter. The articles provide - to our doctor members and their staff - engaging strategies for every aspect of the workplace, from front office presentation, to organizing workspaces, and remembering patient's names. Her articles are an integral part of our communications to the membership.

Having worked in doctor's offices, Lynn knows the processes and the pitfalls. I wholeheartedly recommend her programs and articles for all doctors, medical office staff, and their related associations."

"Very good topics this year." "Good, knowledgeable speakers." "Gleaned some good information." "Great conference - one of the best yet." These are just a few of the positive comments we received after Lynn's presentations at the 2008 Heartland Podiatry Assistants Conference. Even though we work with a limited budget, the conference planning committee made a decision to invest in high quality speakers for the conference. This investment resulted in higher attendance and positive feedback from the attendees. Because of the positive experience we had working with Lynn in 2008, we have invited her to be a part of our 2009 Conference.

Lynn has always been willing to work with us in creating a series of presentations that meet the current needs of our podiatry assistants and office staff. It is refreshing for our attendees to be a part of session presented by someone who is trained in their specific field; someone who understand their work environment - its challenges and its rewards.
