At the end of Lynn's visit to to our practice as a consultant for 3 days, I was impressed and glad that I made that decision. The day that she spent lecturing to out staff was amazing. Our staff was reinvigorated and motivated as well as grateful for the opportunity to learn more about how to do an optimal job. I have never met as dynamic and passionate speaker as Lynn.
Most importantly, is was what I did not realize. Unlike other consultants who come in, tell you all of your problems and disappear, Lynn remains available and provides ongoing management follow up and guidance in the form of monthly meetings with my office manager and billing staff. She diagnoses your problems and then sticks with you for the long haul, assisting your staff in following through with her recommendations.
That was the practice management assistance that I have always been looking and hoping for. My staff loves and more importantly, respects Lynn. They look forward to the monthly phone meetings and I look forward to the monthly reports Lynn sends me. I cannot stress the importance of an outside consultant. I only wish that I had had called her sooner.
